Hans Christian Anderson, his brilliance being one of the most
famous authors to ever live, because of his dyslexia he never read
nor wrote any of his writings. He dictated to his personal assistant
who wrote for him. This is also true for myself.
Throughout history, history has shown that people with dyslexia
would depend on personal assistants for what would be affected by
dyslexia, whereby working around it, going forward in life and
many have reached unbelievable success. Similar to you cannot
teach the blind to see or the deaf to hear. It is not something you
learn; some will simply learn by stepping around it with other
techniques and go on with life. Just because one has a disability
does not in any way affect or impair one's mental capacity of being
intelligent; to the contrary most dyslexic people in history have
been the smartest to live, but most have had to have assistants
depending on the severity of their dyslexia and to what has been
affected. The same as myself. My personal assistant for the last 18
years. I can dictate my writings, theories, etc. and she can type
and/or take notes as fast as I talk, which in itself is incredible,
simply said because of my dyslexia being most severe I talk real
fast to stay on track and not lose my thought, especially on
important issues.
The most important thing I would want to say, if I do lose my
thought, being that my dyslexia is most severe, equal to being blind
and/or deaf, being that I can only hear, see and/or think one thing
at a time to absolute clarity, but it is and will always be one thing
at a time, she has learned very important key factors in
communicating with someone like myself. It is entire body
language, facial expressions, hand gestures or just the last word I
spoke to bring me back where I was instantly. Having some one
assist me is truly a miracle for someone like myself. It gives me
freedom that I would have never known in life. She really knows in
conversations, if she would just point out or help remind me,
sometimes for example what would be to most - title of things. She
knows, if properly assisted, then my skunk theory is in fact my life
of all. Everything of importance to me or any exposure can be
instantly recalled and in most pertinent subject matter could be
instantly recalled into what would be affected in almost perfect
harmony of all that is or could be of my knowledge. In most cases
one would never know of the dyslexia by looking and/or talking to
someone like myself.
In most cases one with a disability senses are enhanced. My senses
are enhanced beyond my own ability of imagination and it is
documented that senses are a gauge of one's intelligence, so I just
simply surrender to it. I have lived a very successful life in spite of
all of the atrocities I have had to endure as a result of the dyslexia
and humanity's failure to understand; so therefore I am dedicated
to this tremendous cause to combat this and expose it fully. Since
I have started my campaign, thousands have and will be helped,
including those without dyslexia. Please understand that those
with sight will never truly understand those without, so be it true
for all disabilities and abilities; to this we are all equal. Those that
will judge, will be judged. Thank God.
Truman Capote (the most famous American aurthor) wrote
"Answered prayers have more tears than unanswered prayers." I
think this is helping to bring closure for me; I can truly live my
purpose in the simplicity of the complexity of understanding
humanity.
